Terms of Our Agreement

Commission & Payouts

• Standard consignment split is 50/50 of the sale price
• Marketplace fees and selling costs are paid from our side of the split, not yours
• Example: on a $20 sale, you would receive $10 while our share covers fees and operating costs
• Higher-value items may qualify for adjusted commission terms

Payments

• Payouts are sent electronically on the 1st of each month for completed eligible sales

Item Condition

• Items must be in reasonable, saleable condition relative to their value
• We reserve the right to decline items before or after pickup if determined unsellable, inauthentic, damaged, or not cost-effective to list
• Every accepted item is given a genuine opportunity to sell when appropriate

Pricing & Selling Strategy

• All pricing decisions are handled using our professional market judgment
• Items are typically priced higher initially, then discounted over time to encourage sell-through
• Lower-value items ($15 or less) may be grouped into lots to increase turnover and reduce selling delays

Storage

• Your items will be securely stored within our storage facilities during the consignment term

Consignment Term

• The agreement lasts 120 days after the final item in your batch has been listed
• We aim to process and list inventory as quickly as possible, and listing completion will be communicated to you
• At the end of the term, remaining items may be picked up or donated if not reclaimed
